About The Position

Town & Country Services is expanding its team in Toncia, IL, and offering an incredible opportunity for a high-performing professional to step into the role of HVAC Comfort Advisor - Sales Rep. This premier, onsite position provides a lucrative earning potential of $100,000 – $200,000/year through a strong base and performance-based structure. Designed for maximum independence, this role features daily dispatch straight from your home, meaning you will leave directly from your house without being required to report to a central location before heading out to your service area.

Requirements

3+ years of sales experience in the trades, including HVAC
Proven track record in in-home sales, being self-motivated, coachable, and competitive to set and chase goals
Project management skills and the ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute to the overall success of the team
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computer skills and comfort using a tablet, CRM, and proposal software, along with the ability to learn ServiceTitan software
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations, assess homeowners' HVAC needs, educate them on system options, and recommend customized solutions.
Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, trust-based selling, and expert guidance on products, pricing, and installation steps.
Manage the entire customer experience from the initial visit through project completion, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure complete satisfaction, including conducting post-install follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with office staff and installation teams to deliver accurate proposals and smooth handoffs.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining detailed records in ServiceTitan.
Navigate both indoor and outdoor settings, and physically access spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
