Requirements
- Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor, In-Home Sales, or Outside Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build trust and educate customers without high-pressure sales tactics
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong closing skills and follow-through
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with financing options and home improvement sales is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement solutions
- Conduct in-home sales appointments generated by the company
- Build trust and educate customers on available equipment and financing options
- Prepare and present proposals that meet customer needs and company standards
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
