EMI Services, a subsidiary of TechFlow, is hiring HVAC Chiller Technicians to support mission-critical infrastructure at Camp Lejeune. The role involves installing, modifying, and repairing various refrigeration systems, including hermetic, semi-hermetic, screw, and scroll units up to 500 tons, air conditioning, VAV and ventilation, VRF systems, CRAC units, geo-thermal, reversible chillers, air and water-cooled chillers, process coolers, ice machines, evaporative cooling, air compressing, and related control systems (pneumatic, DDC, building control). The technician will perform advanced installation tasks, testing, calibrating, and adjusting temperature control and environmental control systems. This includes complex dual equipment cooling installations, specialized refrigerated warehouses, facilities, and dehumidification systems. The role also involves installing new or repaired components, performing complex modifications, and maintaining/repairing specialized equipment like DOAS, MAU, and Pool Pak systems. The technician may also perform complex repairs on system components such as compressors, condensers, heat pumps, fluid and refrigerant gas lines, valves, meters, gauges, thermostats, pumps, mechanical linkage, electrical components, switching and controlling devices, pneumatic controls, variable speed drives, digital controlled devices, and hydronic heating, cooling, and economizer systems.
