HVAC Chiller Technician
About The Position
ABM is seeking an experienced Centrifugal Chiller Technician to support commercial and industrial customers throughout the Orlando area. This role is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and starting up large centrifugal chillers and related HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Trane, York, Carrier, and/or Daikin/McQuay centrifugal chillers and is comfortable troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues. This position requires a self-directed technician who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and maintain strong safety and service standards.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Trane, York, Carrier, and/or Daikin/McQuay centrifugal chillers
- Comfortable troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues
- Self-directed technician who can work independently
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain strong safety and service standards
