About The Position
Perform routine maintenance, work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance efficiently, professionally, and promptly. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems. Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliance and general maintenance issues. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
Requirements
- General apartment maintenance experience.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
