Requirements

Engineering undergraduate degree
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer programming experience
Building Mechanical system experience
Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
Programming skills
Proven analytical skills
Exceptional interactive and communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of DDC (direct digital control) Theory and Applications
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
ACAD skills

Build automation: 1 year
Willingness to travel: 25%

Responsibilities

Complete control system overall design responsibility
Control programming and graphic development
Manage the start-up of Building Control Systems
Manage the commissioning of Building Control Systems
Record and update drawings and software modifications
Engineer field changes, maintain as-build documentation
Develop and conduct owner training
Provide project management tasks (job plans, labor planning/scheduling, fiscal analysis, etc)
Material ordering/coordination
Foreign Protocol Integration coordination and execution
Manage time to complete assignments on time and within budget
