About The Position

Hales AC, a trusted HVAC company in Tampa Bay since 1986, is expanding its Home Comfort Advisor team. This role is for sales superstars who are ready to earn significant income. The position involves meeting with homeowners for pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, building trust, presenting replacement options, and closing deals using the company's proven sales system. This is not a technician role and prior HVAC experience is not required; in fact, the company prefers to train individuals from scratch. The company is celebrating 40 years in business and is experiencing rapid growth across Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.

Requirements

• Proven B2C sales track record (e.g., cars, insurance, real estate, solar, roofing, home improvement).
• Demonstrated history as a top producer (e.g., #1 rep, president's club, record-breaking sales).
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Clean background check.
• Pass a drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• No prior HVAC experience is preferred.
