About The Position

As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced Lead Technicians to learn the HVAC trade hands-on. Assist with installing HVAC systems and ductwork Assist with Service Repairs, compressor & coil replacements Help with equipment setup, material handling, and job prep Maintain clean and organized job sites Learn proper techniques and safety standards Support lead Technicians to complete jobs on time and done right the first time Deliver a positive, professional experience to customers

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable and dependable
• Interest in building a long-term career in HVAC
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to get one soon)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
