About The Position

Dick Hill & Son, now an Ace Hardware Company, is seeking an HVAC Apprentice to join their team. Ace Hardware Home Services is dedicated to being the best, most trusted provider of home preservation services, offering a wide range of residential maintenance and repair services. The HVAC Apprentice will work directly under a qualified Lead HVAC Technician, assisting with troubleshooting, maintaining accurate logs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Driver’s license with clean record
Positive attitude, exceptional people skills, professional appearance and behavior, and a desire to be your best
Able to cultivate relationships with customers
Strong work ethic: reliable, dependable, punctual

Nice To Haves

Residential HVAC Service experience
Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow
HVAC EPA Certifications

Responsibilities

Work directly under the supervision of a qualified Lead HVAC Technician
Assist with any and all troubleshooting
Maintain accurate logs of all work performed
Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers
Complete special projects as assigned
Additional duties as required
