Requirements

Strong interest in learning the HVAC trade.
Ability to use hand and power tools under supervision.
Basic computer skills, including email.
Willingness to learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to build a long-term career.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license required.
Employment and education verification.
Authorized to work full-time in the United States.
Post-offer pre-employment drug testing required.

Responsibilities

Assist with diagnosing and resolving heating and cooling system issues.
Support preventative maintenance, including filter changes, belt inspections, and coil cleaning.
Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Participate in emergency service calls during on-duty hours.
Assist with interpreting blueprints and understanding ductwork layouts.
Support new construction and retrofit projects, and help install and replace HVAC equipment and related components.
Learn SMACNA standards for ductwork installation.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Accurately document work performed.
Learn and apply industry best practices and new technologies.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
