HVAC Service Apprentice Location: Weymouth, MA Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour Get Paid to Learn a Skilled Trade! Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card.
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, hardworking, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Ride along with experienced HVAC technicians and learn the trade firsthand.
• Assist with servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems.
• Learn how to diagnose HVAC problems and recommend solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Help keep tools, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit.
• Follow safety procedures while learning industry best practices.
