Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Technician / Apprentice. Build a Career With a Growing Team. This is an entry-level position, but we're not necessarily looking for someone with HVAC experience. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to take initiative. The right person is a self-starter who enjoys learning, stays busy without being asked, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A self-starter who can work independently and stay productive.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems and think critically.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic service tasks on heating and cooling systems.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
• Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork.
• Keep your vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
