Schar Heating & Cooling is looking for motivated individuals with positive attitudes who have a strong work ethic and want to learn. We provide ongoing training opportunities while you learn to install a variety of heating and cooling systems.
Requirements
- High personal integrity
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of the basic use of tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eagerness to invest time in training classes
- A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Able to lift 75 pounds
- Able to pass a background check and a drug test
