Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration is growing and seeking experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to support their expanding customer base in the Destin area. They are looking for a motivated technician who is ready to get the job done, take initiative, and thrive while helping bring in and complete quality work. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a team that values hard work and results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A dependable, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, driven, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls
- Install new systems and components as needed
- Deliver top-quality service while communicating effectively with customers
