Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC and refrigeration experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- State/local HVAC licenses
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of troubleshooting complex HVAC systems
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system malfunctions
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
