Requirements

Ability to read and understand blue-prints.
Previous Plumbing/Mechanical experience required.
Experience with evacuating systems and changing compressors required.
Refrigerant Certification I and II required.
Must possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license.
NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Maintains and operates various types of ventilation systems, filter systems, humidity controls and exhaust controls.
Performs maintenance on mechanical and electrical aspects of systems to include high, medium and low temperature units.
Repairs and adjusts equipment as required.
Installs and repairs pipes, fixtures and drainage systems as per specifications and applicable codes.
Assists with training of the Apprentice Engineer.
Changes and installs air filters as required.
Maintains air handling units.
Responds to routine maintenance calls as required.
Keeps Lead informed of all material inventory and supplies needed to perform job duties.
Completes special assignments for management as requested.
