You’ll connect with warm leads (no cold calls!) and guide customers toward smart HVAC and Plumbing solutions with confidence and clarity.
Requirements
- You're a natural communicator who listens first and connects quickly.
- You bring ambition — you love the chase, set your own targets, and don’t stop until you hit them.
- You know how to stay organized with Outlook, Excel, and CRM tools.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Nice To Haves
- You’ve got a background in rehash or in-home sales (big bonus).
Responsibilities
- Reconnect with warm leads — customers who’ve already shown interest in our services.
- Listen actively to understand what’s holding them back, and offer thoughtful, tailored solutions.
- Follow up with integrity — keeping your promises, respecting their time, and staying proactive.
- Use your curiosity and product knowledge to educate, not push.
- Close sales by helping customers feel confident, informed, and supported.
