We are currently seeking an HVAC and Chiller Service Lead Sales Representative. The HVAC and Chiller Service Lead Sales Representative is critical to the overall growth and profitability of the HVAC and Chiller Service business. The candidate chosen will be responsible for initiating, establishing, and building profitable service relationships between new customers and ICACS.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive field sales experience
  • Must possess high energy, self-motivation, and excellent verbal & written communication skills, as well as demonstrate a commitment to integrity and hard work.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HVAC, Energy, Mechanical, and/or PLC Automation Systems preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new opportunities through all means of lead generation
  • Develop customer relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Build partnering relationships with the owner and/or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process
  • Assist Facility Management in achieving their business goals by meeting their operational needs and requirements through the most efficient and cost-effective recommendations and solutions, including energy products.
  • Manage ongoing opportunities, particularly focusing on selling our products and services
  • Work closely with management, with good communication skills to keep them apprised of all progress and assist with development
  • Support Project Managers with project coordination, including permitting, inspections, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Assist with preparation and organization of project materials such as submittals, closeout documents, and drawings.
  • Support contract administration tasks, including contract review and requesting Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
