How You Will Do It: Under general supervision, you will work directly with direct branch field, sales, the Industrial Service Team, and other internal stakeholders to manage quoted jobs, training compliance, and administrative tracking. You will serve as the central point of coordination and communication on all administrative functions. Conduct follow-ups via email, phone, or Microsoft Teams on all quoted jobs, including budget quotes, branch quotes, customer quotes, and any open or pending quotes. Follow up on sale leads using appropriate communication channels to ensure proper tracking and closure. Utilize the NxGen system to locate and verify quoted jobs sent to customers. Maintain and update administrative trackers, ensuring all data is accurate, current, and aligned with team objectives. Support training coordination by tracking training course participation and ensuring access to required learning platforms. Manage saftey training Trackers and follow up with individuals who are out of compliance. Assist in the modification and improvement of training programs by providing administrative support and coordinating feedback. Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams to ensure alignment, timely updates, and resolution of escalations. Follow up on escalated and sold jobs to ensure proper communication and documentation across all involved parties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years service customer service
  • Experience with Nxgen software
  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
  • Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence
  • Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals
  • Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals
  • Able to positively represent Johnson Controls and communicate with others at varying levels
  • Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals
  • Able to use Service Management software and financial accounting systems
