About The Position

This is a seasonal, part-time position focused on providing counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms). The role involves assisting customers with buying decisions, making product recommendations, promoting company programs, and maintaining merchandise within the retail store. The Sales Outfitter is expected to provide a legendary customer experience by greeting customers warmly, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and assistance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in Retail
Must be 18 years of age or older
Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms)
GCA
Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise

Responsibilities

Provides counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms).
Handles merchandise with care, provides information, assistance, and direction to customers.
Identifies and evaluates customer needs and makes product recommendations.
Promotes programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and In Store Pick up.
Demonstrates product to customers.
Organizes and maintains merchandise within the retail store.
Replenishes product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines.
Remains a product expert through ongoing product knowledge training.
Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales and maintains pricing and signing.
Assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
Keeps work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
