Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in operational and strategic level targeting
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct support of HUMINT collectors enabling targeting tasks
  • Working knowledge of TC (classified)
  • Demonstrated experience tagging data and building networks using Palantir or similar software
  • Experience creating network diagrams using Palantir Analyst Notebook or similar tools
  • Experience with Geo Metadata Analysis and POL development using ArcGIS, Google Earth, Palantir, or other appropriate tools
  • Ability to synthesize multi-INT data (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, etc.) to produce actionable targeting products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to express multifaceted concepts and develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to valid conclusions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active TS/SCI

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, World/Regional History, or a similar field
  • Completion of DIA's Targeting Network Profiling Course (TNPC)
  • Completion of the Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
  • Completion of Advanced Targeting Workshop

Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational and strategic level targeting in direct support of assigned mission requirements
  • Provide direct support to HUMINT collectors, enabling targeting tasks as outlined in the SOW
  • Tag data and build networks using Palantir or similar analytical software
  • Create network diagrams using Palantir Analyst Notebook or other similar tools
  • Conduct Geo Metadata Analysis and Pattern of Life (POL) development using ArcGIS, Google Earth, Palantir, or other appropriate tools
  • Utilize and synthesize HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and other relevant intelligence disciplines to produce targeting cables
  • Consolidate and incorporate Counterintelligence (CI) input for use at Review Boards
  • Maintain and leverage analytic contacts throughout the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise across an assigned target set/Area of Responsibility (AOR)
  • Communicate findings and assessments effectively, both verbally and in writing
