About The Position

The Opportunity: It takes a skilled intelligence expert to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. To support the critical decisions made in the Department of War (DoW) every day, we need a HUMINT Targeting Specialist like you to do just that. At Booz Allen, you’ll use your personal experience, training, certifications, and good judgment to build solutions in support of critical DoW collection priorities. As a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, you’ll bring your targeting and analytical expertise to directly improve critical operational outcomes for our Defense mission clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings that have a direct impact on the ability of our warfighters and policymakers to advance the defense interests of the United States. Requirements

3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting
Experience writing Cables or IIR's
Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC
Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level
Experience navigating complex mission sets with DoW and non-DoW federal departments and agencies
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
Completion of specialized training such as SIGINT or OSINT training
