About The Position

As a CACI HUMINT Targeting Analyst with an OSINT focus, you will deliver Human Intelligence analysis in support of special operations units. You will use open-source intelligence and Intelligence Community tools to address complex intelligence challenges, working closely with partners in an integrated environment to provide HUMINT support that enhances operational effectiveness. Applying the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology, you will produce actionable intelligence supporting mission success and national security. The role involves using OSINT to build networks, identify critical nodes, and develop intelligence that predicts target movements in time and space. You will represent JCOG in partnered environments and deliver intelligence products and briefings to unit and partner leadership. You will integrate with JCOG personnel to support uninterrupted mission execution while maintaining unit standards and norms. Extended hours, including nights and weekends, may be required based on operational needs.
