About The Position

As an intelligence analyst, you will use your specialized experience and attention to detail to develop products that provide clients with actionable intelligence and context. This role is an opportunity to use your analytical skills and problem-solving mindset to inform the nation's leaders. You will help your client understand their mission environment, validate information, and apply client tradecraft while building assessments for U.S. IC-wide products. As the authority on your topic, you will be responsible for providing time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. The team focuses on growing together to deliver the best support to customers, offering resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.

Requirements

Experience curating and contextualizing timely IC HUMINT reporting
Knowledge of DoD HUMINT policy, directives, and doctrine
Knowledge of IC databases and tools
Ability to brief senior defense and government officials
Ability to support shift work
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence reporting, or 7+ years of experience with intelligence reporting in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of IC, Combatant Command, or Joint Staff environments
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policy makers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
