About The Position

In Collection Requirements Management, you'll draft, validate, submit, and track HUMINT collection requirements in accordance with priorities and command objectives for the Western Hemisphere. Assist in evaluating source reliability and information validity. Provide detailed and timely feedback (evaluations) to HUMINT collectors to guide and refine future collection efforts. Serve as the primary HUMINT liaison between the intelligence directorate and executing HUMINT operational units. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT collection managers to ensure robust all-source intelligence fusion. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current HUMINT collection postures. Identify intelligence gaps and proactively recommend adjustments to collection strategies or targeting efforts. Prepare and deliver high-level briefings, daily intelligence updates, and comprehensive collection posture assessments to senior leadership and command staff. Requirements

5+ years of experience with Intelligence Collection Management
3+ years of experience with HUMINT operations and methodologies
Knowledge of the Western Hemisphere AOR, including regional threats, geopolitical dynamics, and cultural nuances
Knowledge of standard Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) collection management systems, architectures, and databases such as HOTR, CHROME, and RIGHTMS
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of producing HUMINT Collection Posture Reports
Ability to produce Monthly Intelligence Gap Analysis Summaries
Ability to conduct operational briefings
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
