This part-time/per diem position is responsible for providing intervention services for individuals who are in danger of intimate partner violence by conducting safety assessments and planning, counseling and education, and information and referral to appropriate community resources. The role also involves providing training, education, and consultation to staff. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with patients experiencing sex or labor trafficking and have hospital experience. A relentless drive to meet our commitment to enhancing safety using a patient-centered framework is desired. Additionally, the candidate should be collaborative, empathetic, resourceful, and a self-starter who achieves results with high reliability and strong professional boundaries. This position is grant funded through the department foundation account.
