About The Position
This position will perform requirements analysis, apply human engineering requirements, analyze results, develop human engineering reports, provide innovative tools and techniques, such as AI, to improve user performance. This position requires the ability to work effectively across programs and teams like visualization readiness and logistics. This position impacts the end user experience for user interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Systems Engineering, Cognitive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related system engineering field
- 2+ years experience with user experience and user interface concept fundamentals knowledge
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
Nice To Haves
- Military warfare and mission concepts
- Operational understanding of weapon system capability for US Navy ships, land sites, and aircraft
- Understanding of controls for Unmanned Vehicles and operation of Cyber security controls and reports
- Experience with AI
- Experience with robotics
- Experience with virtual reality
