Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in space systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Human Space Flight Programs
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, proposing, and managing program risks and issues related to ground, software, or hardware systems including root cause analysis, testing, and deployment
  • Experience with practical MBSE for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, including through technical documentation
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
  • INCOSE SE Certification

Responsibilities

  • Integrating hardware, software, and components into larger systems, ensuring compatibility, and system of systems integration
  • Work across multiple engineering disciplines and programs to identify, assess, and evaluate integration solutions, execution, and outcomes
  • Drive a technical problem to conclusion while considering technical and programmatic constraints and coordinating with senior management
