Requirements
- Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Must meet the PA residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Responsibilities
- Review contractor performance and provide feedback to strengthen quality and consistency
- Recommend training needs based on monitoring results
- Coordinate and review corrective action plans and performance audits
- Offer assistance to contractors working with adults who have complex needs
- Liaise with program offices and agencies to connect clients with needed services
- Identify solutions and resources for complicated protective service cases
