About The Position

This is a temporary position with the Office of State Human Resources, Temporary Solutions division, classified as a Human Services Program Manager I. The agency's mission is to provide a solid Human Resource management foundation, responsible oversight, and creative solutions through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders to maximize the potential of its employees. This role is located in Wake County and involves supporting the Department of Health and Human Services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in the area of assignment from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in a closely related program; or
  • Bachelor's degree in the area of assignment field from an appropriately accredited institution and five years of experience in a closely related program; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CIE team with the completion of product initiatives related to the Inclusion Works Strategic Plan, especially as they intersect with cross-divisional efforts to increase Competitive Integrated Employment and Informed Choice in North Carolina.
  • Provide QA services for the SPARK pilot.
  • Interact with team members from DHHS and DMHDDSUS Comms teams.
  • Schedule and organize in person and virtual events.
  • Provide support to community stakeholders in the Inclusion Works Initiative.
