Tri-Mation is looking for an individual experienced in Human Resources to join their team! In this role you'll provide hands-on HR support, and help drive consistent, compliant, and employee-centered HR practices across the company. Responsibilities include day-to-day human resource operations, recruitment and retention, training, compensation and benefit administration, handbook policies and procedures, employee relations, workers' compensation and OSHA reporting, apprentice program, employee communications, teambuilding, succession planning, and organization development. This position reports to the President.
