About The Position

This position works with Human Resources HRIS Team to implement, communicate, enhance, and maintain a wide variety of HR technology solutions (i.e. ServiceNow, iCims, UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM). Responsibilities include system functional support, as well as serving as a collaborative expert resource to both the HR team and other KH departments. This role performs HRIS functional administration and new enhancement implementations. Specific functional support focuses include, but our not limited to, guarding data and process integrity for HR user teams, troubleshooting system errors, responding to ongoing data analysis requests, supporting system upgrade implementation and supporting the accurate exchange of data between HRIS systems and all internal and 3rd party vendors. HRIS system expert focuses include documenting system functionality, designing and providing system education communicating system changes, championing and guiding system enhancements, and collaborating with other HR user teams to design/improve processes thru leveraging HRIS solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field required
  • Five years of increasingly responsible analyst-type experience required
  • HR and HR systems experience strongly preferred
  • Experience implementing HR systems and system processes desired
  • Project Management skills required
  • UKG Pro experience preferred
  • MS Office skills required including Excel, Access and Word
  • Report writing skills required
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, impact on HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment and Payroll preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills, including guiding teamwork and facilitating communication
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate
  • Must have ability to use good judgment and handle confidential information appropriately
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Must have ability to stay organized, be self-directed, multi-task and prioritize

Responsibilities

  • Provides HR system daily functional support including troubleshooting system issues as well as performing regular maintenance, access and data updates
  • Guards data and process integrity thru regular audits of both system and HRIS process integrity; investigating errors, providing data analysis, watching the impacts of system configuration changes
  • Serves as a HRIS system expert including creating and maintaining system training tools, communicating system changes to HR user teams, providing ongoing training to new and existing users
  • Supports the exchange of accurate HR data between all internal and 3rd party vendors including designing new reporting and interface tools, documenting and tracking ongoing data feeds, and regularly auditing the integrity of data exchange tools and processes
  • Works with HRIS Team and IS to develop specifications for system enhancements; tests and implements new or modified solutions
