About The Position

This position is responsible for leading the hotel's training strategy while serving as a key member of the Human Resources team. The HR Manager will design, facilitate, and track training programs that support departmental performance, compliance requirements, leadership development, guest service excellence, and Hilton brand initiatives. A significant focus of the role is coaching leaders and team members on Hilton's Guest Recovery models, service culture, and guest engagement practices to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Beyond training, the HR Manager provides broad Human Resources support and serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members. The role partners closely with department heads to ensure consistency in onboarding, performance management, policy compliance, team member engagement, succession planning, and organizational development. The ideal candidate combines a passion for developing people with strong HR knowledge and a commitment to creating an exceptional workplace culture.

Responsibilities
