About The Position

Are you passionate about recruiting, outreach, and making a meaningful impact in the workforce? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment, onboarding, and outreach efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and social media engagement while working alongside a dynamic Human Resources team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution) OR recently graduated (within one year) from an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution).

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support outreach initiatives, such as attending career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities.
• Contribute to social media strategies by creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to promote job opportunities and employer branding.
• Help coordinate and enhance internship and talent pipeline programs.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting background checks, drug screens, and collecting new hire paperwork.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed.
