Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible intern for a full-time 8-week summer internship. Human Resources Administration : Come behind the scenes in Human Resources and work on projects related to HRIS, reporting, file management, leave management, benefits, policies, talent acquisition, and more. This position will be based on-site at Wonderful Citrus located in Delano, CA. This schedule for this internship Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work autonomously
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
