Davidson’s, a leader in firearms distribution for 90 years, is seeking a full-time, in-house Human Resources Specialist for its Greensboro, North Carolina office. Requirements
- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An upbeat and positive interpersonal demeanor
- A demonstrated ability to plan and organize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with all levels within the organization
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to keep information confidential when needed.
- Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities
- Leading full-cycle recruitment for warehouse and office roles including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Onboarding new employees including conducting new hire orientations, employee benefit plan enrollment sessions and initial compliance training
- Serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits and payroll
- Maintaining and updating the HRIS, employee database and LMS
- Responding and guiding employees and managers through questions about policies and procedures
