The Human Resources Specialist will be based onsite out of our Pico Rivera office and serve as the primary HR point of contact for our workforce. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this role is responsible for the full spectrum of generalist HR operations: from onboarding and leave administration to compliance and People Ops excellence.
