As one of three regional specialists, you will lead the investigation and disciplinary process for LDH, while also supporting critical statewide programs including grievances, EEOC matters, Civil Service appeals, ADA accommodations, Affirmative Action, and Continuous Performance Management. This role serves as a trusted consultant to LDH leaders and employees, offering guidance on complex and sensitive matters involving Civil Service rules, state and federal laws, and departmental policy.
