Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources or related field is required.
  • 0-2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and adapt to continually changing priorities.
  • Must be a creative and innovative problem-solver with the ability to develop an analysis based on researching HR trends.
  • Ability to work with employees and managers at all different levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • HRIS experience preferred; SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manages HR communications including employee announcements, events, building announcements and general HR information
  • Facilitates new employee first day experience including orientation
  • Coordinates building events such as blood drive, holiday food and toy drives, and book fair
  • Supports annual performance appraisal process including reporting
  • Manages the pre-employment contingencies process
  • Supports annual benefits Open Enrollment through coordination of communication
  • Administers Commute Trip Reduction program
  • Maintains and updates organizational charts
  • Maintains employee records within HRIS system
  • Creates employee files and termination files
  • Processes HR-related Service Requests
  • Prepare separation paperwork and conduct exit interviews
  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures
  • Participates in global HR continuous improvement initiatives and HR Projects as assigned
