About The Position

The Human Resource Specialist I supports the HR function and processes within the HR Business Partner Center of Excellence as part of the AIT Human Resources team. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role provides support to the HR Business Partner team, managers, and teammates to ensure we meet business objectives through best people practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or Related Field (Required)
  • 3+ years ()

  • Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion High
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills High

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the collection and analysis of HR metrics to gain insights that help drive the development of people strategy (ex: exit interviews, stay interviews, turnover trends, Core Value Index survey analysis, etc.).
  • Assists HRBPs in the creation/editing of documentation related to human capital (e.g., performance management documents, development plans, etc.).
  • Supports various programs and ad hoc projects within the HR department (new hire orientation, New Leader Training, etc.).
  • Monitors and responds to assigned cases (questions, concerns, etc.) within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool, escalating trends or broader issues for review and resolution.
  • Provides administrative support for various HR processes, including transfers, promotions, market adjustment, and offboarding; including preparing and processing relevant documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
