Under general supervision, the Human Resources Specialist – Benefits is responsible for the day-to-day administration, coordination, and communication of team member benefits programs. This position also ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, supports team members with benefit-related inquiries and processes, and assists with annual open enrollment and reporting.
