As a Human Resources – Benefits Intern, a typical day might include the following: Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Provide support to one or more applied disciplines including, but not limited to, Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, EH&S, Recruiting, and Learning & Development. Modify and update applicant, candidate, employee, and/or organizational data accurately. Respond to applicant, candidate, employee, and/or community inquiries, concerns and needs. Cross-train with other department members to ensure seamless support of all HR duties. This job might be for you if you: Are a current student studying Human Resources or related field at an accredited institution. Are available for part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer and are open to a multiple year internship. Have proficient knowledge of MS Office. Can maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills. Can learn new skills and assume new responsibilities. Can work cooperatively in a team environment. Pay Range Data ($20.00-$24.25) Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role (the work you would be doing) and your year in school (when you plan to graduate).
