About The Position

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for a Human Resources Recruiting Intern to add to our Human Resources team at our Division offices located in Denton, Texas. This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limited to: Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers. Support the recruitment team with posting job openings and managing applications. Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms. Help create a positive candidate experience through timely follow-up and communication. Assist with general recruiting projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed. Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize HR processes. Research and recommend innovative AI-driven strategies to enhance talent acquisition efforts. Collaborate with fellow HR Intern(s) on a joint project to drive impactful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or a related undergraduate or graduate program
