About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our rapidly growing manufacturing company. The Recruiter will be instrumental in attracting and engaging top talent while fostering a culture rooted in our core values: OWN IT. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and strategic hiring experience. You will play a critical role in building a workforce that supports our expansion and drives operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles including technical, operational, and administrative.
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage the offer process including salary negotiation, reference checks, and background screenings.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and metrics to HR leadership on recruitment activity.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs or networking events as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
