About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and executing activities that support the departments efforts to promote employee engagement and recognition as well as maintaining and reporting human resources metrics and performance indicators. Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably a degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration, or pertinent experience in Human Resources. Experience Demonstrated service and customer orientation and ability to exhibit Valleys leadership and service standards. Skills Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for: elaborating mass emails and communications, producing and interpreting reports, using statistical data and functions in excel; creating charts and presentations to display data.
