About The Position

The Human Resources Program Manager oversees the design, implementation, management, and tracking of specialized Human Resources programs and initiatives to ensure that they align with organization goals. This role drives continuous improvement across key HR functions, including but not limited to employee engagement and retention, training and development, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology or equivalent knowledge or skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources/Organizational Development or similar experience.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently with good time management.
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to identify and solve issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to build and foster relationships with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Vice President of Human Resources and other company leadership to design, implement, and manage specialized HR programs and initiatives that support organizational objectives and improve the employee experience.
  • Partner with members of Human Resources, company leadership, and subject matter experts to identify program needs and priorities, ensuring solutions meet the needs of the company.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and success metrics for each program, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Analyze and utilize data to identify trends, forecast needs, and inform HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Conduct and/or oversee the exit interview process for departing employees. Analyze exit interview data to identify trends, root causes of turnover, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the Human Resources Manager and others to ensure the onboarding program is executed from pre-hire through the first six months to create a positive employee experience.
  • Support the design and implementation of career pathing programs.
  • Partner with managers to create individual development plans and track progress against them.
  • Identify skill gaps and learning needs across the organization in partnership with managers.
  • Support the design, coordination, and evaluation of training and development programs. Track training participation.
  • Lead the performance management program, partnering with managers and leadership to ensure timely, effective, and equitable performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update the company handbook to reflect current policies, legal requirements, and best practices, coordinating with legal and leadership on approvals.
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition, as needed.
  • Plan employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
