We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support our Payments organization. This role will serve as a key partner to employees and managers, helping ensure a seamless employee experience through effective onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to provide thoughtful coaching and guidance on routine employee matters.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
  • 3+ years of Leave Management
  • Experience with high volume onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to employee relations and manager coaching preferred
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience
  • Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit processes, documentation, and system updates
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on basic employee relations, performance conversations, and HR policies
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including job changes, promotions, and data updates
  • Partner with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with HR initiatives, programs, and projects as needed
