The HR Operations Specialist II will provide day-to-day operational support to the HR department by ensuring data integrity and adhering to key deadlines. This role will support information flow throughout various departments and functions throughout the employee life-cycle and ensure accuracy of employee records. The role will work in collaboration with Operations Supervisor as well as with the Benefits Manager, Benefits Consultants, HR Recruiters, HR Business Partners and functional stakeholders in order to understand business priorities and to ensure timely and accurate processing of all required functions. The primary areas include: benefits administration and reporting; and HR Operations.
