About The Position

The HR Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our HR operations. This role reports to the Sr. HR Operations Manager and serves as a detail‑oriented, analytical resource responsible for HRIS administration, recurring reporting, compliance execution, and day‑to-day operational support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, improving processes, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly—even when the work is routine or deadline‑driven.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or a related HR support role
  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in using data to improve processes and outcomes
  • Comfort working with data, recurring reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage routine, deadline‑driven work accurately
  • Clear written communication skills and ability to follow established processes
  • Ability to prioritize work, stay organized, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and handle both analytical and administrative responsibilities as part of a collaborative HR team

Responsibilities

  • HRIS Administration & Reporting Perform day‑to-day administration of Dayforce, including data maintenance and clean‑up, role and workflow updates, and program administration
  • Support bi‑annual Dayforce system updates, including testing, validation, and issue tracking
  • Assist with system enhancements and small implementations under guidance from HR leadership
  • Build, maintain, and run standard and ad‑hoc reports to support HR, leadership, and compliance needs
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for system and process improvement
  • Prepare and execute recurring compliance tasks, processes, and reporting using established templates, calendars and guidance.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for HR-related bid questionnaires and compliance requirements, including responding to safety and employee-related questions
  • Administer background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment or client-required screening.
  • Submit workers’ compensation claims and provide administrative support to employees following work-related injuries or accidents
  • Maintain compliance documentation, reporting calendars, and audit-readiness materials
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for defined HR projects, such as performance review cycle launches, job description updates, and documentation
  • Assist with HR program coordination, including mailings, data tracking, and awards or recognition logistics
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and documentation for assigned HR initiatives
