About The Position

We are looking for a Human Resources/Office Administrator to join our team at our Smith Metal Products location in Center City, MN. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including office and facility equipment supply maintenance, managing first impressions for visitors and callers, light accounting work such as invoicing, data entry, tracking and reporting, and sales administration assistance including outbound calls. The position also encompasses HR functions like interviewing for entry-level hourly positions, new employee orientation and onboarding, maintaining training and personnel files, timekeeping, work comp administration, safety program administration, and facilitating employee ownership committee and activities.
